We are all looking forward to meeting you over the next few months. We are now a local of more than 9000 members, the largest in AUPE!

Most General Support Service (GSS) employees of AHS, Calgary Zone are members of AUPE Local 95.
Chapter Executive & Council Members are your source of information. They provide updates on bargaining activities, information on chapter and local meetings and events, and information from AUPE and the Local to all members. Stewards & Worksite Contacts also provide answers to questions regarding the collective agreement and its interpretation. For information on these and other volunteer and electec positions, please contact your Chapter Chair.
We encourage you to find your Chapter Executive contact information located on this site. The contact information for Stewards & Worksite Contacts most accessible to your worksite is also available. Please familiarize yourself with these names. You may never need a steward, but your co-worker might.
AUPE offers many education courses. The cost of the course and any time away from work is paid for by the Union. We encourage everyone to take Intro to Your Union. Information on this and all other courses can be found on the AUPE website (see links) or by contacting the AUPE Calgary Office at 403-531-8600.
Participation and communication are the key to maintaining a strong Local and Union. With the endless restructuring within AHS, now more than ever, we need our members to know their rights and be protected. This takes every one of us!
