The Latest News on Labour Relations Board decison
The LRB decided today to GRANT THE STAY APPLICATION pending a judicial review in the courts.
This means that until the judicial review/appeal is decided upon Local 059 members will remain in AUPE.

Labour Relations Board releases decision on consolidation of Alberta Health Services barga
This decision will keep Local 59 members and contract intact for the time being. Hearings will be held in October to determine the validity of Union arguments. There are 3 unions who will be presenting Arguments before the Board.
