Committees The Local 003 Health and Safety Committee - L3HSC, reports quarterly to Local Council on proactive OHS initiatives within the Local. We create an annual workplan for improvements with Inter-Local OHS Communication. Copy Local003ohs into your OHS communications. We promote Communication with other Locals and other jurisdictions as well.
